Special Fried Rice (Chinese Style)

During my time living in the UK it came to my attention that Chinese food was a heavy favourite when it came to take out options, including yours truly. My favourite is King Prawn Fried Rice. When I returned to Nigeria, I saw that a lot of Chinese Restaurants has also popped up especially in Lagos. I was amazed at how it has become a popular delicacy not just in the west but all over the world.
